Lehi grew up around Silicon Slopes, and its housing followed: a lot of very good production homes built quickly, in volume, to a handful of floor plans. What we hear constantly from clients here is some version of the same thing — the house is fine, but it wasn't designed for how this family actually lives. That's the market we serve in Lehi. Geographically Lehi splits along the bench. Traverse Mountain sits up on the slope with long views over Utah Lake and the valley, and it builds like a hillside: grade, retaining, engineered foundations, and community design review. Down toward the lake the ground flattens out but groundwater sits higher, which changes what's realistic for a basement. Those two conditions produce very different budgets, and knowing which one you're on matters before you fall in love with a plan.
